A 13 unit luxury town home project overlooking Marine Drive golf course, the Strait of Georgia and Vancouver International Airport. They vary in size from 3000 to 6000 sq.ft. The suites provided a framework for the purchasers to express individuality. The architecture reflects an English mews with total privacy to the public side. Dramatic use of space, light and view coupled with a country-like seclusion in an urban setting makes this project unique. Norman Jones designed the structure of Westerleigh Estates to withstand eathquakes back in 1986.
