The Jones Corporate Group have just completed this development project for a limited partnership to provide affordable Congregate and Independent living apartments to Seniors in the downtown, Burnside neighborhood of Victoria. 

This non-profit project has been constructed in two phases.  Phase 1 is located in the existing renovated office building and consists of full service congregate apartment living.  Phase 2 is a newly constructed eight-storey building containing independent living apartments for seniors with a service package included. 

The Jones Group has received several awards for the dramatic improvement this project has brought to its immediate neighborhood.
